Please note Grand Prime Rib House restaurant is restricted to Adults only. For Koi Children's access of all ages are allowed (Teppanyaki is only for guests over 18 years old). On-site dining as well as a daily activities programme and live evening entertainment are included. Please note Grand Park Royal Cancun – All Inclusive aims to find sustainable practices; you can make use of room service once every 24 hrs. A second service within this period will have an additional cost of 15 USD. The use of purified water dispensers is implemented in the hotel areas. Each room will be placed 1 container of water per person (over 12 years old), the use of plastic water bottles will be replaced. Upon check-in all guests are required to show a government-issued ID. Accompanying minors need to show a birth certificate or school ID with photo. Guests are required to provide the same credit card used to make the reservation.
