For non-refundable reservations, the hotel will send an email with a prepayment link attached in order to prepay the reservation in advance. If in 24 hours from the confirmation the payment has not been confirmed through the link, the hotel may cancel your reservation. Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, VP Plaza España Design will provide detailed payment instructions, for example a link to a secured payment platform. SPA access is reserved for adults and children 13 years old and above. Children must be accompanied by and adult. The cost per entry is EUR 10, with exceptions for Junior Suite and Presidential Suite guests. Please note that the rooftop swimming pool is only available from May 23, 2025 to September 20, 2025.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
