Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. The Hotel Sunset Plaza will be under renovation from May/28th, some noise is expected, services at the Hotel will not be affected. Groups Policies: Reservations of 5 rooms or more will be considered as a group. In case of group reservations,the hotel will contact the guest to manage special deposit and cancellation conditions. If the client cannot be reached and the deposit is not made under the group conditions, the reservations will be automatically cancelled.
