Important information

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. A 1.85% credit card surcharge for credit cards is applicable for all credit card transactions. We require a credit card pre-authorisation or a prepayment of the full accommodation amount plus AU$145 per night for incidentals, for a guest to be able to check in to the hotel. Guests who book breakfast-inclusive rate plans will receive breakfast for 2 adults and up to 2 children aged 5 and younger. Additional children under age 5 and children 6-11 years old will receive 50% off the adult breakfast price. Please note over New Years a non-refundable, non-transferable pre-payment is required. Floor allocations will depend on the room type and date of arrival. Guests cannot request a specific floor during this time. When booking 9 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The valet parking fee is AUD 135 per day for vehicles over 82.6 inches (2.1 meters) high. Please note that Rollaway beds over NYE will be charged at $400 per night and $700 for Horizon Club Rooms and all Suites. Operating hours for Altitude Restaurant and Blu Bar on Level 36 may vary during the Festive Season and on Public Holidays. Please note that the Horizon club lounge is closed from 16 to 17 December 2024.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
