All the Guest must present valid ID card with picture on it and the physical credit card which is used for reservation. All the special requests are available upon check-in and additional fees may charged. The on-site swimming pool, fitness centre and sauna facilities are closed every third Tuesday of the month. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, please contact the hotel directly. Executive/Premier Lounge happy hour is open to adults only. Please note that guests under 19 years old are not allowed to enter the Happy Hour at the Novotel Premier Lounge (EFL) from 17:30 to 19:30. The opening hours of the swimming pool may change depending on the hotel's operating circumstances. Please contact the hotel for more information.
