Notice of Maintenance Work Thank you for using Tokyu Stay Ikebukuro. We would like to inform you that there will be maintenance work as follows. During the construction work, there will be noises and paint odor depending on the time. ■Exterior wall construction [Period] June 1, 2024 (Sat) - September 30, 2024 (Mon) [Construction hours] 9:30AM - 5:00PM (tentative) *Closed on Sundays, national holidays, and August 10 to 15 for Obon holidays. *Work will be conducted with particularly loud noise and odor during 11:00AM-3:00PM on weekdays. [Construction Details] Exterior wall repair work, painting, balcony waterproofing, and cleaning work. Assembly and dismantling of exterior scaffolding. *Please keep curtains and windows closed during construction as workers will be passing outside your windows. *The entire building will be covered with a mesh sheet, so you will not be able to see the view from your room. ■Maintenance work inside the building [Period] August 1, 2024 (Thu) - December 25, 2024 (Wed) [Construction hours] 8:30AM - 6:00PM *Closed on Sundays *Work may be conducted on closed days due to the progress of the construction work. *Work will be conducted with particularly loud noise and odor during the hours of 11:00AM - 3:00PM. Early check in before 15:00 is subject to availability and at an additional charge. Charges apply for late check-outs. Late check-out between 11:00-13:00 costs 50% of the room charge. Late check-out after 13:00 costs 100% of room charge. ================================================================================ [About room cleaning] ・Consecutive staying "Simple cleaning" is a request system. Please put out a cleaning request tag in front of the door if the simple cleaning is required. Simple cleaning means collection of face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and trash in trash cans. ・For stays of 7 nights or more In addition to the above simple cleaning, "room cleaning" will be performed once a week. Bed making, changing towels and nightwear, replenishing room equipment, cleaning the room, and collecting garbage from the trash can. *Additional room cleaning is available for an additional fee.
