The property operates a 60-minute booking window for use on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and at busy times. Children swim times apply between 07:30 and 09:00, and between 17:30 and 19:00, from Monday to Friday, and between 07:30 and 09:00 and between 17:30 and 18:30, on Saturdays and Sundays. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The relaxation pool and whirlpool close 30 minutes prior to closing times. Guests staying in the hotel can access the relaxation pool, thermal areas and gym.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
