Important information

Please note that there is a mandatory tourism fee of AED 20 per room per night. The credit card must be in the name of one of the passengers travelling and the same card must be carried for verification upon check-in at the resort. Alternatively, if the passenger travelling is not the cardholder, or if for any reason, the credit card used for the booking cannot be produced at check in, the passenger may pay in cash or with alternate credit card, failing which the resort has the rights to cancel or reject the booking. Please note that all guests are required to present a valid ID upon check-in, in compliance with UAE law. Original passport, UAE Emirates ID, GCC ID’s are accepted Please note that there is an ongoing development program taking place at our property and construction work taking place nearby. As such our guests may experience visual and intermittent noise disturbances.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
