Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, the property will provide detailed payment instructions, for example a link to a secured payment platform. All guests, including adults and children, are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorisation by the cardholder must be submitted when booking. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
