Important information

Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Please note that only registered guests are allowed at the property. Guests shall abide by the property's policy. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00. Guests must be 21 years or older to check in without a parent or official guardian. The thermal baths are accessible for 45 minutes, for an extra charge of EUR 30 per person, from Monday to Thursday. From Friday to Sunday, only guests who have booked a treatment of minimum 50 minutes can access the thermal baths. Please note that a restricted access (1 hour) to the Thermes (Pool, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi) is available from Monday til Friday with an extra cost of 15eur (not 30).Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
