Important information

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. When checking in at the hotel after 06:00 PM, it is necessary to guarantee accommodation with bank card data. The cost of parking for non-residents is RUB 1000.00. For registration of all foreign citizens, a mandatory fee of RUB 200.00 is charged. Information about the type of meals included in the price is indicated in the rate details. Depending on the capacity of the room booked, children up to the age of 7 can stay free of charge providing they share a room with their parents or guardians, in the existing beds. Special living conditions: You can request the documents necessary for a visa, the service is provided for an additional fee. Any additional fee will have to be paid even if the booking is subsequently cancelled, and all the agreements exist exclusively between you and the provider of the documents.
