Guests are required to inform the hotel of the credit card number in case if guests will use additional services at the hotel. For non-refundable reservations, guests must confirm their credit card details via a secure link. Senator Parque Central Hotel will send them the link by email after guests have made a reservation. Parking is available from 07:00 AM until 11:00 PM. In case of check-in after 06:00 PM, guests should inform the hotel in advance and get check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests are required to provide a credit card number to guarantee the deposit or make a cash deposit of EUR 100.00 for the entire stay. Fee for buffet breakfast: approximately EUR 12.00 to 18.00 for adults, and EUR 6.00 to 9.00 for children. Pet fee EUR 25.00 one-time cleaning fee. Service animals are exempt from fees. Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed. This property accepts credit cards; cash is not accepted. This property uses a grey water recycling system and eco-friendly cleaning products. Cash transactions at this property cannot exceed EUR 1000.00, due to national regulations.
