In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. New Year's Eve (31 December) Gala Dinner per adult: THB 28000.00. New Year's Eve (31 December) Gala Dinner per child: THB 14000.00 (from 6 to 11 years old). Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.
