All reservations require a credit card to hold the room at the time of booking. Upon check-in, guests must present a valid credit card for payment. To arrange pre-payment or payment by a third party who will not be staying at the hotel, please contact the property directly. Please note that a pre-paid credit card or a cash deposit will not be accepted as payment upon check-in. Please note that the hotel charges an extra 3.15 CAD per room per night for their Eco-Stay Program. When booking 7 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of USD 40 per pet per stay. Smoking on the property will incur an additional fee of USD 300 + taxes. Please note that pets are only allowed in the following rooms: "Signature Queen Room with Two Queen Beds" and "Signature Queen Room with Sofa". Please note that a maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Pets cannot be left unattended in the rooms.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
