Check-in instruction: Key card dispensing takes place after entering a code. Hold the sensor in front of the black box, and when the green light turns on, you can open the door by pulling it.
If guests have any questions, they can receive instructions by calling the hotel’s phone number or using the intercom at the entrance.
In case of an emergency, two mobile phone numbers are available in Terminal 1.
If guests have not reserved breakfast but would like to participate in the hotel's buffet, they need to make a reservation by 06:00 PM the previous evening.
Dining room hours:
Mon - Fri: from 06:30 AM to 09:30 AM;
Sat - Sun: from 07:30 AM to 10:30 AM;
On the day of departure, the room will be available until 11:00 AM.
If guests arrive by car, they can use the free public parking available in the hotel area. For loading and unloading, guests may park right at the hotel entrance and check-in. Parking spaces on the hotel premises are no longer provided.
