Rooms will be held until 17:00, unless other arrangements have been made. All accounts must be settled by cash or major credit card. No cheques are accepted. Power back up is available for all common area amenities which includes WIFI, Coffee machine and TV. Cardholder & ID/Passport and Credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in. Please note that the property reserves the right to not refund bank costs upon cancellation for credit card bookings, as the bank does not credit initial deduction costs.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
