Guests must be at least 18 years old to access the property's pool, fitness centre and spa areas. Please note resort fee includes in-room high speed internet & WiFi, a coffee maker, bottled water, unlimited local/toll free calls, access to adult-only fitness room and pool in Immerse Spa, boarding pass printing and select business center services. Cardholder funds released after checkout may take up to 7 business days to become available for guests with domestic banks and up to 30 days for guests with international banks. If you use a debit card, you acknowledge that unused funds may be subject to an additional delay before they are returned. Availability of funds after check-out are managed solely by each individual financial institution.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
