Important information

In case of check-in after 08:30 PM the guests should notify the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions. If guests arrive after this time, they will need to obtain room key via automatic terminal. To do this, the guests will need to select "arrival with reservation" then "search by name" or by reservation number. Guests will still have to insert name or reservation number. If guests reserved breakfast when making reservation, they do not need to add it to the terminal, this will result in double billing. From then on, the key will be available.
