The credit/debit card used to book a pre-paid rate must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel. Please note that failure to do so will result in an alternative payment method being required. Parking is complimentary when you are a guest of the hotel, please register your number plate on the tablet at reception when you arrive. Please note that the hotel doesn't accept any cash payments. Guests on an inclusive basis will have a £30 per adult per night allowance towards the A la Carte Menu in our award-winning 3 AA rosette Riverside Restaurant.
