Please note that the Credit Card used to guarantee the reservation, will be used for a pre-authorization, and needs to be shown upon arrival. We kindly request you do not use a Debit Card to guarantee your booking. If the Credit Card holder is not travelling along, please contact WestCord City Centre Hotel Amsterdam to pay via a secure payment link. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation. Please note that a deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival as safety deposit. This can be paid with your Credit Card. The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure. The release time of the authorization is subject to the bank of the Credit Card holder. Reservations made under the terms of 'non-refundable' will be charged within 24 hours after booking, and cannot be cancelled as per the terms and conditions of the tariff. Guests who arrive by car can park in 'Qpark Nieuwendijk', which is located in front of the hotel. Kindly contact the hotel for details on reservations. Please note that the following applies for non-refundable bookings: a prepayment of the total price is mandatory at the time of booking. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
