Important information

Please note that the hotel will authorize the credit card with the costs of the first night. This is not a payment but only a pre-authorization to check the vailidity of the credit card. Please note that baby cots can be placed in all rooms upon request. Guests are kindly requested to note that if they wish to check out after 12:00, they will be charged for every additional hour. If checking out after 18:00 an extra night will be charged. As the same, with reservations of more than 5 rooms, special conditions and supplements will apply to those of more than 8 nights. Only 1 dog or cat under 20 kg per room is allowed in the Souterrain Double Room. This service is subject to a supplement of EUR 25 per night per pet. In addition, a deposit of 200 EUR is required.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
