The family pool and pool bar are undergoing Tile Inspection Work from18th September 2025 to 06.10.2025.
During this period, guests will have access to alternative swimming facilities, including the pool at DoubleTree by Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residences (1st floor) 100 m away from the hotel, as well as the pools at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island and Café Del Mar, located near the property. Additionally, the Overlook Pool on the 7th floor of the property will remain open for adult guests.
Enhancement work will take place daily between 09:00 AM and 06:00 PM, with minimal noise disruption.
The Dubai Municipality is carrying out routine maintenance works along the JBR shoreline, which are expected to be completedby mid of October. The beach still remains accessible; however, temporary barriers are in place, which may slightly affect the view. As an alternative, the hotel can also provide transportation to FIVE Palm Beach, subject to availability and with prior coordination through the hotel’s concierge team.
All guests registered in the room will have access to 1 Yas Island Theme Park per night during the duration of their stay.
As alternative options are provided, no additional compensation will be provided.
