Important information

A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Guests are required to present a Green Pass upon check-in. A tax is imposed by the city: from 1 January - 31 January, EUR 3.10 per person, per night for adults; EUR 1.60 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old, from 1 February - 31 December, EUR 4.50 per person, per night for adults; EUR 2.20 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name, and credit card must be presented to the hotel at check-in. Otherwise, a third-party authorization form, a copy of the credit card and a copy of the card owner’s ID must be submitted at check-in.
