Important information

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Breakfasts are provided in the format of a lunch box from 07:30 AM to 11:00 AM. Accommodation at the hotel is only possible upon presentation of each guest's passport. Citizens of the Russian Federation must present a Russian passport or birth certificate (for guests under 14 years of age) upon check-in. Copies of documents and Russian foreign passports are not accepted. Additionally paid upon check-in: administrative costs associated with the registration of foreign citizens, online, using software recommended by the Government of St. Petersburg, which guarantees full protection of the personal data of foreign citizens, amount to RUB 350.00 for each transaction, including VAT at the applicable rate.
