Important information

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Russian citizens must have an original valid Russian passport upon check-in. A cleaning fee is charged per guest, for a studio — RUB 1000.00, for a euro-two-room and one-room — RUB 1500.00, for two-room, euro-three-room and more rooms — RUB 2500.00. Remote check-in is available in the apartments: electronic locks or boxes with keys are installed. Payment upon check-in is accepted only by online payment. On the eve of check-in, guests will receive a link to the application for payment and verification from the accommodation facility. A personal account will be created in this service with available information about the reservation, instructions and all documents. Verification is carried out by collecting passport data by a service registered with Roskomnadzor.
