The hotel does not have a luggage room. You can only leave your belongings in your room with early check-in or late check-out fee.
If the guest did not specify the time of arrival and did not inform the hotel in advance about the delay, the reservation is considered canceled at 12:00 AM on the date of the expected arrival, check-in after 12:00 AM becomes impossible.
