Important information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.
For instructions, the accommodation must be contacted one day before arrival. The check-in is remote. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation. The support service is open from 08:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
The premises are intended for guest accommodation only. Events, parties, trainings, photography and video shooting are prohibited.
Only guests specified during booking may reside in the premises. Each additional guest must be agreed upon with the landlord.
Law on silence in Moscow. At this time, it is prohibited to make noise, listen to loud music and TV in the premises from 09:00 PM to 08:00 AM, from 01:00 PM to 03:00 PM.
Only adult guests may reside in the premises, persons under 18 years of age may reside only with parents or guardians.
It is prohibited to move furniture or significantly change the location of decorative items.
All items in the premises at the time of check-in are an integral part of it. Taking out things and furniture, towels, bed linen, household chemicals, etc. is prohibited.
In case of emergency: flood, fire, complaints from neighbors, violation of the law on silence, the administrator reserves the right to open the door with his own set of keys at any time.
When leaving the premises, guests are asked to check all electrical appliances, the stove, water, windows, and whether the front door is closed.
After check-out, the maids check the premises and clean. All food, drinks, boxes, bags, flowers are subject to disposal. The property is not responsible for things left in the premises after the guests have checked out.

Any damage caused to the premises, interior and decor items, textiles, household appliances is subject to compensation by the guest in full, taking into account the cost of work and delivery:

Holding an uncoordinated event, filming, training — RUB 20000.00 and compensation for damage.
Smoking cigarettes, iqos, hookahs and other smoking mixtures — RUB 10000.00.

Early check-in, late check-out are available depending on the cost of the premises per day and occupancy.
Accommodation with animals is agreed separately and is an additional service from RUB 2000.00 for a week's stay and an increased deposit amount.
