Important information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.
Early check-in/late check-out is possible by prior arrangement. If guests plan to arrive after 10:00 PM, they must contact the owner in advance to arrange a check-in time. Contact details are provided in the booking confirmation.
The deposit can be paid in cash or via bank transfer. The deposit will be returned on the day of departure after cleaning.
Upon arrival, the guest must have a passport to formalize the contract.
When a guest leaves, the dishes must be clean and the garbage must be taken out.
Parties are prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartments, including on the balcony.
Pets are not allowed.
