Important information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Contactless check-in and check-out. On the day of booking, guests must send a contact phone number via the website chat, as well as a photo or scanned copy of the passport pages with photo and registration for the rental agreement, and pay a deposit. The deposit is returned to a bank card on the day of check-out after cleaning.
Check-in is available by prior arrangement. Early check-in and late check-out are possible for an additional fee.
Reporting documents are provided upon request.

Smoking is prohibited in the flat, including electronic cigarettes and hookahs. Parties, celebrations, and events are not allowed. Alcohol consumption, rearranging furniture, and wearing outdoor shoes indoors are also prohibited. Pets and additional guests are not allowed without prior notice.
The deposit is not refunded in cases of smoking, property damage, noise disturbances after 09:00 PM, events without approval, unauthorized pets or additional guests, loss or removal of keys, wearing outdoor shoes indoors, or rearranging furniture.
