A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The check-in is made at the Welcome Center (Avenida duque de Avila, 110A, 1050-128, Lisboa).Please note that late check-in is made directly at the apartment and has the following surcharges: - EUR 15 from 20:00 to 22:00; - EUR 30 after 22:00
