Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Smoking is prohibited indoors. Guests are asked not to disturb the peace of the residents of the house.
In case of violation of the rules of residence, the contract is terminated, eviction is made, the money is not returned.
Booking a flat in advance is guaranteed when making a prepayment in the amount of 1 day. Cancellation is free of charge one day or more before the arrival date.
The flat is not provided for noisy celebrations and parties.
The minimum stay is 2 nights.
