Important information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Contactless check-in is available on the territory. The registration is carried out by the check-in manager.
Guests are required to contact the accommodation no later than one day before arrival and receive check-in instructions, which include:
the exact address with a link to the map;
the code from the intercom to enter the front door;
electronic key for Internet access and video how to use a smart lock;
booking room number;
rules of accommodation, terms of repayment of the deposit.

Check-in is possible from 09:00 AM to 12:00 AM, check-in is 24 hours a day. There is no reception desk.
Upon arrival to some rooms, a deposit of RUB 1000.00 is required.
