Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.
The apartments are self-check-in and check-out.
On the day of arrival, instructions will be sent by 14:00, according to which guests can check in on their own.
Before this time, guests should send a passport photo to confirm a reservation and pay a security deposit. The deposit can be paid at any time before check-in. Due to contactless check-in, the deposit is accepted by transfer to a bank card or by phone number. It is necessary to send a screenshot confirming the payment to the contact number. The deposit is returned on the day of departure after cleaning, by transfer to a card or by phone number provided by the guest.
Guests should inform the hotel in advance about the expected time of arrival, call or write to WhatsApp the dates of stay and address of stay, or attach a screenshot of the reservation. Guests will be sent information about the check-in procedure, accommodation rules and a link to pay for the insurance deposit.
