Important information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.
The house is not suitable for noisy parties and smoking guests. The house is designed to accommodate no more than 7 people.
The deposit is returned after cleaning until the end of the day of departure. In case of violations (smoking, guests over the declared, parties, complaints of neighbors about noise, damage, or loss of property), the deposit is not refundable.
House rules:
- smoking and kindling open fire (including candles, hookah, and alternative types of cigarettes) in the house is strictly prohibited;
- no noisy parties;
- silence at night, from 22:00 to 08:00;
- only the declared number of people can be in the house and on the site;
- pets are not allowed on sofas and in beds;
- check-in after 16:00, check-out before 11:00;
- parking for 2 cars;
- self-check-in (only after providing a photo of a passport and transferring a deposit).
