You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a EUR 70 to EUR 170 end-of-stay cleaning-fee is not included in the price. You can chose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Bedlinen can be provided but are not included in the price. You can chose to pay the fee of 20 EUR or bring your own bedlinen. Towels can be provided but are not included in the price. You can chose to pay the fee of 10 EUR or bring your own towels.
