Important information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.
The front desk is open until 22:00.
The accommodation does not accept cash payments, payment is possible only by bank card.
Reporting documents and a receipt with a QR code are provided upon request.
General cleaning is carried out after each guest. For long-term stays, free cleaning and linen change is provided every 5-6 days.
For accommodation of two guests in separate beds, a fee of RUB 400.00 is charged for an additional set of bed linen, the need for which must be reported in advance. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
Upon check-in, guests must provide a passport or driver's license.
Rules for living in the apartment:
The apartment is intended for living only. Organizing noisy and alcoholic events is prohibited.
It is prohibited to wear street shoes in the apartment.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony — non-compliance will result in a fine.
Please observe noise restrictions and refrain from listening to loud music from 09:00 PM to 09:00 AM.
Pets are not allowed.
