Important information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.
The deposit is refunded until 05:00 PM on the day of departure, provided that there are no violations after checking the apartment. To return the deposit, guests must send the payment details via SMS.
The apartment is not allowed:
- accommodation with pets;
- holding noisy events, parties, gatherings;
- the presence of more guests in the apartment than indicated in the reservation;
- damage to property and the integrity of everything in the apartment;
- breaking the silence between 09:00 PM and 09:00 AM;
- smoking.
If the above violations are detected, the deposit will not be refunded.
In case of non-compliance with the rules of accommodation, instant eviction is possible without refund of payment and deposit.
