Important information

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Day-to-day reservations are possible until 09:00 PM. Round-the-clock check-in. In case of day-to-day check-in, the administrator must be informed in advance to receive instructions on check-in. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation. Calls are accepted from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM. Check-in is carried out remotely: after signing an electronic rental agreement for residential premises and making a deposit, the administrator sends information on check-in. Contactless check-in to the apartment has a number of its own amenities and features. Guests must contact the property at least 2 days before arrival. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to prior agreement at an additional cost. When staying in the apartments, a deposit in the amount of RUB 3000.00 to RUB 6000.00 is required, the deposit is returned upon departure. Аpartments are located on the 4th floor of a building without elevator. Check-in for rooms is from 02:00 PM, for apartments — from 03:00 PM. Breakfast can be provided for a fee.
