A credit card is required as a guarantee. Foreshortened stays will usually be subject to the cancellation fee. Unless prior arrangement is made, the latest check-in time is midnight. As the Portland is a smaller hotel, you need to check-in at the bar, where staff will guide you to your room, taking note of any special requirements. Please note that children and pets are not usually accepted. There is no lift at the hotel and all rooms are non-smoking. Free parking is available on nearby streets and a secured public underground car park is nearby and charges are applicable.
